By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

All bookings are confirmed only once payment or a deposit has been received. Session times are strictly observed; late arrivals will not extend the booked time.

Cancellation policy

Bookings cancelled 72+ hours before the session receive a full refund. Cancellations 24–72 hours before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

Conduct & liability

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or premises during their session. IM Studioz London is not liable for loss or damage to personal items.

Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of your recordings. We may use short, anonymised excerpts for promotional purposes only with your written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
