Cancellations

• More than 72 hours before session: full refund or free reschedule.
• 24–72 hours before session: 50% refund or one free reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours before session: no refund.

Rescheduling

One reschedule is permitted per booking if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

No-shows

Failure to attend a confirmed session without notice forfeits the full booking fee.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
