Bookings & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) is required to secure any session.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session time.
All payments are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice.
Requests made within forty-eight (48) hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Full cancellations automatically result in loss of the deposit.
Should Imperiah Studioz be required to reschedule due to technical, operational, or safety concerns, a new session date or studio credit will be offered.

Session Timing & Punctuality
Sessions commence and conclude strictly at their scheduled times.
Late arrival does not entitle the client to additional session time or reduced fees.
Imperiah Studioz reserves the right to decline session commencement if excessive lateness impacts subsequent bookings.

File Delivery & Storage
Clients are responsible for supplying all session materials in a compatible format.
Imperiah Studioz provides basic file delivery (MP3/WAV) as agreed.
Raw session files requested after the date of recording may incur a handling fee.
Files are stored for a maximum of thirty (30) days unless a separate retention agreement exists; thereafter they may be permanently deleted.

Studio Rules & Conduct
Smoking, vaping, or possession/use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment, intentionally or otherwise.
Food and drink must be kept away from studio equipment at all times.

Copyright & Ownership
The client retains full ownership of all recordings upon payment of the full session balance.
Imperiah Studioz does not claim ownership of any creative works recorded on-site.

Liability
Imperiah Studioz is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, external storage devices, or files corrupted due to client-provided drives or transfer methods.
In the event of equipment malfunction or engineering error, the studio’s obligation is limited to replacement of lost session time or issuance of credit.

Acceptance of Terms
By completing payment and proceeding with the booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
